The next phase in Camaro's successful return to the market starts today with the release of the official 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible production images, and the announcement that the starting MSRP for the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible will be $30,000 (including $850 DFC, excluding tax, title, license and other fees).

As previously announced the new 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible features a fully powered, soft convertible top. Like the Camaro Coupe, the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible will be available with either the 3.6L V6 or the 6.2L V8 engine. The fuel saving six speed manual transmission is standard, and the six speed automatic transmission with tap shift is optional. Most of the 2011 coupe packaging carries over to the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible. The exception is the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible will be offered in LT and SS trim levels only. Like the coupe, the 1LT and 1SS trim levels feature cloth interiors, while the 2LT and 2SS trim levels feature leather-appointed interiors.
