Since I am a single parent I have to watch my budget. The reputations some of the dealerships have, well, you hear horror stories. You have to find a dealership you trust.
I've gotten to know Eric Montano in the service department who helps me for EVERYTHING that I may need for my car. He's helped get my air conditioner fixed in time to visit my sick mother in Yuma, and has scheduled me for oil changes and shows a genuine interest in my safety by noticing when my tires are bad. Eric and another co-worker had my familes safety on their minds. When my mother died I brought in my car for another oil change and because Eric knows how important my trips to Yuma are to me and my family, he had it looked over everywhere. There are even times he has that car wahsed for me.
I can say without a doubt, that I can trust Eric in the service department. He explains everything to me when additional services are needed on my car.

On Saturday I purchased a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica from Courtesy Chevrolet and am writing to tell you how positive my experience was from start to finish. I needed just the right vehicle for me, my wife and our three sons. Felix Torres and Tony Lee took the time to show me several vehicles until we finally found the car that I needed. Felix was professional and persistent throughout. The Courtesy finance team then went to work and obtained a loan approval for me, I ended up with a payment that was within the range I originally specified. On closing day Chris Coleman was well prepared and presented the documents in an efficient manner. Chris made a tedious process simple.
My entire car buying experience at Courtesy was nothing but positive. I commend the staff at Courtesy for their professionalism and customer service orientation. I have given Mr. Kelley Williams of Courtesy Chevrolet a great rating because we were very pleased with his effords, and his friendliness; we were very very pleased with his desire to make sure that we were happy with the price of our new truck. Mr williams saw to our comforts, he kept contact with us. We have done business with Mr Williams before, he was our sales person for 2005 and sold us our previous truck. In 2005, I made a stop at the dealership to look over their new vehicles at that time. The salesman that was assisting me, I just did not get a good vibe from him and left the dealership and bought a Saturn. So when I found out that Courtesy was the dealer for Costco, I was not too happy but gave it a try anyway. David has completely change(d) my outlook towards this dealership where I will recommend them in the future. I don't remember the salesman name on the visit in 2005.
I just wanted to inform you that Scott was great..came out helped me and answered all the question I needed. I was not sure if I wanted to go the dealership route considering how the sales guys are always trying to get there money and not really concerned about your needs. This experience was great, the guy came out and basically cut all the crap out, was nice, easy going, made me and my friend feel comfortable, no rush, honest and knowledgeable about cars. I really liked my experience and so did my friend. I would definitely feel confident on buying a vehicle from your lot(internet people only) I do not want to deal with those pushy sales guys. I just ended up getting irritated with them and can't concentrate on what the task at hand really is.

One thing I'll share with you, which you may choose to let other clients know... I was a little "off-put" at first with the Turn By Turn Navigation through On-Star - I'd grown so accustomed to SEEING THE MAP (i.e. NOT WATCHING WHERE I WAS GOING because I was WATCHING the GPS MAP). WELL, that lasted all of about 3 days, and now I'm THRILLED to NOT have the map to look at. I know ahead of time the approximate time and miles it's going to be - and when the On-Star Advisor comes on, they're always ready to make sure I'm going where I need to get to. It's SO MUCH BETTER than traditional GPS! You can tell 'em "Garrett Said So!"

When I called you this past Saturday in an attempt to purchase a car through the Costco Program but did not want the high pressure and manipulation I had experienced at the past three dealerships I had been to, you promised me that it would be a pleasurable experience and let me say from you to Yban Osa to the pro group and finance department it was just exactly that.
In fact, I was so pleased that, as you know, my son purchased a Silverado from your dealership this past Monday.

Yesterday we made the drive to Phoenix to look at a Silverado. Our initial contact began through the internet sales with Jeff Wondoloski earlier in the week. When we arrived, he had a Silverado out front ready for us to look at/take for a drive. We walked down to the lot to look at others but came back to the one he had selected based on what we had emailed back and forth, and talked about on the phone. Then he and George Salman went to work on coming up with price and payments we wanted. George worked a miracle and we had a deal. While we were waiting on results, we had lunch back in the Cafe -- very nice and thank you for lunch. We met up with Rudy Ramirez then moved on to Martha Keith. We'll be seeing Rudy again when we come up to get alarm system installed. Martha is an absolute delight and made the tedious paper-signing drill a good time -- we wanted to stay and keep talking with her. Everyone of your staff we came in contact with greeted us warmly and asked if we were getting everything we needed. We have to say that it was the most positive car-buying experience we have had in years and wanted you to know that your staff really did provide world-class service and we truly appreciated it.

The staff of your organization has taken care of everything I've asked for promptly. Of all the organizations I've been in contact with, the service given to me by your organization was the best. When my decision is made at the end of the month, I will definitely contact Courtesy.
I figured I could kill two birds with one stone in replying to both of you. This past weekend I purchased an 06 Avalanche with the 0% financing program. Ricky Colter was my salesman and Marcus Fortence was the finance contact. First Ricky, he is a very enthusiastic, personable addition to your sales force. I had been out looking at used trucks all day and not finding what I wanted. I had spoke to him on the phone in the morning before I started my second day of searching and told him I'd give him a shot at a deal later in the day. I was disappointed in what I had seen through out the day and had called it quits. Courtesy was on the way home and I remembered what I had told him so I stopped by. He showed me a used truck buried in the back 40 and was going to have it brought out for a test drive. That would have taken some time so I passed at the moment. We then went back and worked up the numbers on the used vs. a new. The new pricing was a little more than what I wanted for a monthly payment but with what was offered for my trade in (higher than what had been offered anywhere else) and the 0% financing, it was too much to pass up. No buyers remorse here, I'm very satisfied with the deal. Ricky truly seems to enjoy working at Courtesy and the family environment that you display. I enjoyed working with him. Secondly, Marcus. He has a very professional attitude. He took his time in explaining the different options available in additional protection plans, explaining the gap insurance option and he had all the paperwork in place for immediate signing. He had had a very long day with all the business generated and he was a little fuzzy around the edges (which I can relate to with my profession) but he was still at the top of his game at the end of the day. Overall a very good buying experience. One small critique would be the length of time it took to get all the paperwork finished because of the amount of business that you had that day. Probably not much that can be done about it when you have programs running like the 0% but it did make for an impatient wait. Also, a thanks to Tony in aftermarket parts. He hooked me for an alarm system that I'm glad I purchased, I plan on having this truck around for a long while.

I bought the 2006 Cobalt for my niece and I feel that if it was not possible to do it almost entirely on the internet I probably would not have done it. Dealing with your web site and Boomer Nichols was a wonderful experience. Boomer was very quick in responding and was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing I would like to change about your web site is the fact that the actual photos of the cars were not shown... Just generic catalog photos, and not the correct colors for each car listed. The Cobalts shown were all silver or red. No white ones were shown or listed... Which was what I was loooking for, so I had to call and ask for pictures.

From my first phone call to Courtesy Chevrolet to the final "hand shake" when I bought my car, you guys were a CLASS ACT.
As I told my salesman Bill Yeates, in the past I managed a used car dealership in NY. Because I know how I treated my customers, I expected nothing less. Before I found Courtesy I visited another Chevy dealer in the Mesa area. After 6 hours and a "hand shake" I was told the deal was a "losing deal" for the Mesa dealer and was not going to be honored their management.
When I told Bill this, he informed me that I was now a part of the Courtesy Chevrolet family and would be treated as such. And that turned out to be "NO BULL", because Bill Yeates and everybody at Courtesy Chevrolet was amazing!

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to let you know how Gracious Paul was, Me and a Friend came to your Tent Sale on Saturday, from about 4:00 pm till 9:00pm. I was looking for a HHR, But bless his heart he and the Finance person tried their best to get me in to one, but because I didn't have any Cash to put down and my loan on my 2004 Monte Carlo was still high, they just couldn't work a deal for me for around $350 a month and that is truly all I could afford.
But the friend I brought with me, she decided she liked the HHR I was hoping for, and she was able to buy it... So, all was not lost for Paul, He was able to make a Sale. I feel he went above and beyond courteous, graciousness, and he truly made us feel like he was working for us, and not just for the dealership. But let's be honest we all need to make money... I just feel so bad that he took so much time with me, that he could have probably made another sale for himself.

We will be buying a new car for my wife, Christie, hopefully by Sunday, and definitely before the end of the month, and have made Internet inquiries at four dealerships, and Courtesy Chevrolet's response time and followups have been by far the best. The car we were asking about has been sold, and a similar one was also sold, but we are in touch with and still working with Ken Keffer and George Salman to see if another trim line will fall into our price range. If we don't buy from Courtesy, it won't because of dissatisfaction with your response, but rather just that the car we want isn't in your inventory. (It looks like a car we want is available at one of the three other dealerships that we're in contact with, but I have hesitated to pursue it because their response and followups to my questions have been extremely slow, .... almost as if they're not interested in having us as customers!) So again, Courtesy Chevrolet is on top of things, and both Ken Keffer and George Salman are doing a great job.
I was contacted by Paul Crossan almost immediately by e-mail about the quote I requested. He then followed up with a phone call to insure that I received the quote and asked if I needed more information. I told him to call my back the next day so we could talk. Paul called back the next day and we talked a little bit about my financial situation and about the rebates on the cars. I plan on contacting him today and see if he will be available this Saturday so my wife and I can come and look around. Paul seems to be a dedicated hard working individual whom I would be proud to do business with. Also when I requested a quote I was told that I would get quotes from different dealerships, but yours was the only one that contacted me. I am greatly impressed with your quickness in responding and Paul's follow-up determination. Even though your dealership is a little further away from other Chevy dealers near our home, your quickness in responding and Paul's sales tactics have earned our respect and our business.

I have been contemplating buying a new car so i looked on the internet for what i wanted i did the build your own program then went looking for what i wanted.
Courtesy Chevrolet had just what i wanted i called and talked to Vanessa who said the car would be waiting for me at 5pm when i got there. Upon arriving we were greeted by Anthony Alfaro who answered all our questions and let me test drive what i wanted i did in fact buy the car i had built and found on the internet . Everybody was friendly and helpful even the finance person his name was Chris was full of great information and very knowledgeable about all the extra products. I drove in at 530 and drove out in my new EQUINOX at 9pm. Love the car and Loved the service thanks to all of you who played a part in my dream coming true. Thanks again!

2011 Chevy Cruze, Shana Delgrosso, the Customer Service manager followed up with me after my purchase. Made me feel very comfortable with my purchase at Courtesy and has been available to me for any questions I have had. I would highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to all my friends and family.
Yesterday I went to Courtesy Chevrolet at Camelback and 12th Street. At Courtesy Chevrolet I met Eric Steffes and worked with him and George to complete the purchase of my new car.
Two hours after I walked into Courtesy Chevrolet I was leaving with my new car, totally pleased with how the whole process and transaction took place. Eric and George were incredibly professional and there was absolutely no pressure or ugliness whatsoever. When I went in to sign the paperwork with their finance person there was not even any heavy handed pressure to purchase an extra service contract or extended warranty. And the finance person thoroughly explained the details of what I was signing and answered all of my questions patiently and unhurriedly. From start to finish, everything in my purchase at Courtesy Chevrolet was conducted as it should have, with dignity and professionalism.
I might add that prior to going to Courtesy Chevrolet I went to another Chevy dealer, Midway Chevrolet. Unfortunately I did not check this website and these reviews before calling and going to look at new cars at Midway Chevrolet on Bell Road. I wasted 3+ hours at Midway Chevrolet. Maybe I can save someone else the frustration I experienced there yesterday. If you are considering a car purchase from Midway Chevrolet I have two suggestions for you; #1 Do not go there. #2 Instead of going to Midway Chevrolet just go to see Eric Steffes (866) 925-7964) at Courtesy Chevrolet on Camelback and 12th Street. Based on my experience, and apparently the experience of others that have written reviews on this web site, Midway Chevrolet is really a classic example of why car dealers have less then a stellar reputation.
Before shopping for a car check out the reviews for these two dealerships. In hindsight I wish that I had checked the reviews first. I would not have wasted the 3+ hours I spent at Midway Chevrolet. I have personally seen why there is such a contrast in the reviews for these dealerships. Call Courtesy Chevrolet, ask for Eric Steffes, and you will see the difference. I would very strongly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet and Eric Steffes to everyone.

I just recently purchased a 2011 chevy silverado from courtesy chevrolet and it was a great experience dealing with Amanda Gardner. She treated me and my wife with respect and was motivated and prompt on getting us what we were asking for in a vehicle. Amanda gave us a very personable experience when purchasing are vehicle and did not treat us like other sales personal by being pushy. I needed a new car, walked into Courtesy Chevrolet knowing nothing, was warmly greeted by sales guy Kelly Williams and his floor manager, Dustin Reeder.
In the next several days they guided me through various options until I purchased the perfect car for me, a sweet little Malibu with all kinds of good stuff. I am thrilled.
These guys are total pros. There is no pressure. They operate cheerfully, and with a sense of humor concerning car sales and the human condition in general. It was a gentle and pleasant process throughout. While there, I met lots of other sales folks, bosses, repair people, even the owner's son (Scott needs a haircut, but what the hey! he be the owner's son!)--and they were all the same, like a big happy family. I know that sounds crazy, after all the high drama and whatnot on TV about car salesmen, but it really was true. Even when it came time to crunch numbers and get to a final price, the negotiation was a series of quite reasonable back-and-forths, didn't take long to do even this often difficult part. I felt I got a very nice deal, they absolutely engaged in give and take and weren't trying to squeeze me.
I would return to Courtesy Chevrolet, and Kelly and Dustin in particular, without any hesitation.

At first I started out looking to fix my old Cavalier that served me 12 years nearly. Then I decided that I didn't want to put $1500 into an old car. I went there to buy and got exactly what I wanted. They are so nice there! Yes, buying a car takes some time and I think it should. After all you are making financial and personal commitments. This dealership is efficient with a minimum amount of hussle bussle. Easy to work with. They do not take alot of time negotiating decisions. They are very friendly & show the products equipment to its fulness. Management is available to insure customer satisfaction.
I bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu from Courtesy. The customer service manager Shana Delgrosso followed up with me to make sure I was happy and she gave me many options on my car to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone at courtesy was very friendly and helpful. I first heard about Courtesy Chevrolet by driving by the dealership and noticed the big arrow that stuck out like a sore thumb from the street. My husband and I bought two vehicles, one new and one used. Amanda Gardner was our sales rep and did and excellant job. She was very helpful with the purchasing process and went out of her way by taking photos, faxing paperwork and even finding the used truck that was just right.
Shana Delgrosso, the Customer Service Manager, was also outstanding. She met us upon delivery and went over all the functions of my new car. She is very knowledgable and very friendly. Shana has excellant people skills.
Both these ladies did an excellant job. My husband and I feel, we not only bought a car and truck, but also made life long friends.
