Have a service contract with Courtesy Chevrolet on my 2019 2500 dodge ram truck. Had it serviced today for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was fine but (and nothing matters before the but) it would’ve been nice if they also washed and vacuumed the vehicle. Just a little extra goes a long way.

Chelsea Lanaux, my service advisor provided professional and expert service before, during and after my service appointment. The service department staff performed all tasks efficiently. Chelsea arranged for an electric brake controller to be installed post my truck’s service. The Pro-shop staff also provided timely and efficient service. Great experience!

Buying the Equinox was not a hassel as has been in buying a car in the past. Our salesman Gustavo was very patient and explained how to use the new features in the Equinox and also went to buy beverages for me and my husband.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and quality of the service. I was traveling through Phoenix and needed an oil change and they had no issues accommodating a last minute appointment. The waiting area has a nice coffee bar and comfortable setting to work while waiting for your vehicle.

Came in with my trail boss with no appointment and Jaime Soto took me in and gave me advice about my warranty and what it covers. Then I explained to him I've been giving issues with my AC and he immediately offered to look at it. He showed how to removed the glove compartment and check the air filter myself. Had my car serviced for an oil change. Everything went great except it was real busy the day I went. So my wait time was pretty long. But I got sent a video of the inspection they did to show me what looked good for now and what did need work. They send an estimate of the services your car needs from urgent to not urgent. Which I thought was pretty convenient and helpful. I’ve come here for services since I’ve had my vehicle and I’ve always been satisfied with the customer service:
