I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 Silverado from Courtesy Chevrolet in 2016. In 2025, while preparing to trade it in, a Carfax pulled by another dealer revealed the truck had been in a pretty serious accident affecting both the front and rear of the vehicle, with an airbag deployment in early 2016 — months before my purchase. This was never disclosed by Courtesy at the time of sale.

My service writer was very kind and accommodating when I got there. I explained that my batteries were bad cause I had to jump start my truck. She said if it wasn’t under warranty, she could get me out in about 1 1/2 hrs but since it was, it would take at least 2 hrs just to test them then they would replace them. Very professional sales and finance staff. The truck I wanted to buy was ready with a full tank of gas when I drove it off the lot. I appreciated the cafe, it was nice to get a free lunch during my sales process. Additionally, I liked how it was a low pressure environment, and I wasn't hassled for an extended warranty, oil change package, service plan, etc. I got the truck I wanted at a great price!
UPDATE: the customer service manager and sales manager did reach out and apologize for the miscommunication and handling. They made some small offers of a detailing and gas for my trouble, which was kind. Work was done accurately and my problems were solved. There was both repair and regular maintenance work done and all were done well. I was without the car for about a week but Chelsea kept me informed of the car's status so I was able to plan accordingly.
Have a service contract with Courtesy Chevrolet on my 2019 2500 dodge ram truck. Had it serviced today for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was fine but (and nothing matters before the but) it would’ve been nice if they also washed and vacuumed the vehicle. Just a little extra goes a long way.

Dealership sold me a ram 1500 with a clean carfax but later found out the dealership lied. there was a significant crash 4 months prior to the sale making it a fraud issue they still deny an actual accident occurred even though ADOT says it happened. Don’t buy the lies or a vehicle here. Take their advice they gave the attorney general answer to me the, having an opportunity to bring a mechanic to look it over for you because you might need it for sure

Buying the Equinox was not a hassel as has been in buying a car in the past. Our salesman Gustavo was very patient and explained how to use the new features in the Equinox and also went to buy beverages for me and my husband.
On Friday night we arrived at courtesy Chevrolet picked out a vehicle and completed our foursquare. Then went to fill out paperwork to find out are sale man charged what we wanted to buy to a different truck. Are they in business to sell cars or run off customers? Being big time Chevy fans and currently owning 7 chevy’s with great Credit this is not the way you earn business. Will never buy at courtesy Chevrolet again. The salesman was a little weasel. So customers beware watch your number’s and the unethical practices. The employees are pulling.

I wasn’t at the dealership, I’m rating their service dept. as average. I have done oil changes for the past 7 yrs at sands Chevrolet, they offer me coffee, water,or refreshments while I waited; not only that but they greet me with a positive happy face when I arrive, they offer me a Lyft & last but not least, they wash my car as courtesy! So based in comparison, these guys are at Courtesy Chevrolet are way behind their game sorry 🙁 The oil change tho was quick, I’ll give them that! 👍🏼

I was quoted one price but got charged another price. I was told that I would get $1,000.00 off if I financed the car so I financed the car but did not get the discount. I agreed to buy the car with the replacement of the step for free but got charged 2600+ for the replacement. I said I wanted an additional 2000.00 off and the salesman agreed but the contract did not represent what we both agreed on. I was there between 4-5 hours and it was a terrific waste of my time.

Warning!! Buyer Beware. Courtesy does not treat customers fair. I purchased a used truck from them. When it was delivered the windshield was cracked. They replaced the windshield but did not calibrate the cameras to ensure the anti-collision, safety equipment was working. They admitted this was their failure. I live out of state and requested a local dealership perform the calibration and Courtesy agreed. I provided them an estimate and they approved the work to be done.
