05/20/2026 This is a follow-up to my Courtesy Chevrolet Service Center Review dated 05/07/2026 beginning with "To whom it may concern". On May 12, 2026 I received an email from Mr. Chad McDonald, Service Director for Courtesy Chevrolet. In this email Mr. McDonald advised me that after reading my review and identifying some important information that I had provided, he believed it would be beneficial to take a closer look at the timelines to better understand how their decision had been reached. He asked if I would be open to him reviewing the matter and working towards a mutually agreeable resolution. He also apologized for the frustration that this situation had caused. In addition, he asked if the service work was still outstanding or had already been completed. Later that afternoon, I called Mr. McDonald's phone and left a message that I was open to discussing the issue further with him and left him my Cell phone number so he could return my call. I also advised him that the Service had been completed by Autonation and that I had paid for the service. On May 12th, Chad called my cell phone where we had a good long conversation. He asked me to again go over the details as to what had transpired. I again provided Mr. McDonald a step by step detailed explanation of my interaction with Courtesy Chevrolet's Representatives and to why I believed that I had been mistreated. I told him I felt my only recourse was in sharing the facts of my service experience with others who could make their own determination as to the validity of my customer service dissatisfaction. After listening to my explanation, Chad indicated that he believed their Original Service Advisor may not have handled a number of things appropriately as to Courtesy's protocols and that they had had several missed opportunities to correct it. He said that he wanted to make things right and win me back over as a Courtesy Chevrolet customer. He said that he was going to contact Autonation to get a copy of my service cost with them. He said he would have a check issued back to me to cover my entire cost. Chad also asked me if they had changed the external filter in my transmission. I told him they had not. He said this service work should be done right a way to protect the vehicle's longevity. He said he wanted to schedule this work for me to be completed right a way, and it would be no charge. Lastly, he said that my next oil change would be completed by them also at no charge to make up for the frustration incurred. I told Chad that while I appreciated him going beyond my expectations to make things right, I would be perfectly happy with him just refunding the cost of my first oil change as had been expected. He told me that he believed it was important for them to go beyond expectations to make up for their missed opportunities and to win me back as a customer for life. On Wednesday, May 20th, I took my Corvette Z06 back to Courtesy Chevrolet for replacement of the external transmission filter and transmission fluid top off. Chad McDonald and his Service Advisor immediately came out to greet me. I was treated completely professional and respectful, and the work was finished ahead of their indicated time frame. Chad also reminded me that he had set up my next oil change for no charge. I asked Chad if there was a maximum time for completion of this next oil change. He said there was not. As things turned out, Chad McDonald has renewed my confidence in Courtesy Chevrolet as a tenured Arizona dealership, and has made big strides in winning me back as a lifetime customer.
I was amazed on how fast my service was done only took about an hour and my vehicle was ready to go.
They really knew EV's and their products. EV knowledge is still rare in dealerships and it is appreciated.

Best service ever got want I wanted and I'm very happy with my decision
Roberto was the reason I bought my 2023 Camaro He is so knowledgeable and so easy to talk with. He put us at ease and helped me purchase my Camaro. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism. On the service side Zach was so great! I brought my Camaro in for regular servicing and he took care of it. I felt very accommodated and factory diagnostics, as well as maintenance was done so quickly. Then next week I took my convertible top down and when I went to close it again, the top latch on the driver’s side didn’t latch correctly and so there was a huge gap and didn’t close flush with the car surface. I was upset and I called Zach and said I hardly ever take the top down and now it won’t close properly. I told him I thought it must’ve happened when I was in for servicing the week before. He was professional and said it wouldn’t have been during the service but he would have it checked. He arranged transportation home and back to the dealership for me and he had it fixed same day! So I went from being upset to being a happy camper! Since my husband passed, I have relied on Courtesy Chevrolet for helping me with my vehicles. We have bought a couple of Chevys through the years and I appreciate Courtesy training their service associates and hiring really knowledgeable and helpful people with extensive experience with vehicle service. Zach was also so kind and had good old fashioned courtesy. I feel safe and secure bringing my vehicles to Courtesy Chevrolet.thank you again Zach!
